Just a random question for the ladies… Have any of you really tried jumping / bouncing up and down for the purpose of shaking the floor or walls? Maybe stomping around heavily on purpose to shake things or knock stuff over?
Way back in my college days, a group of us were sleeping upstairs in this dorm room and some of our friends were below us. We woke up first and this big girl, Chris, volunteered to wake them up for us by putting on her boots and jumping up and down with her 350lbs. It did make a nice loud boom each time she landed and the floor vibrated. But it was a pretty solid place so not the real “earthquake” effect.
I always thought it’d be cool to experience that with a woman maybe 100lbs heavier and see if she can knock pictures off the walls or anything.
I did have a g/f once with a strong female roommate who was on the college basketball team - and she was known to get a guy up on her back piggyback style and bunny hop around the living room floor with him.,They had no downstairs neighbors to upset so didn’t care and she just liked to show off. Might have been 400lbs or so of combined weight jumping there. I never got to experience it first hand though. Girlfriend told me it did shake the room though.
